Did the Decider mention detention camps last night?
I'm also sure that the no bid contracts are already in place for
this new initiative.
Chris Mathews mentioned that he thought the Decider was
trying to change the subject with all of this. My thoughts as well.

1. They're already done ...
Haliburton was contracted and has built special "detention camps" in the US in the event of an attack and confinement centers were needed.

What luck!

4. Yes, and the army updated the procedures for the camps.
It's called AR 210-35, the Civilian Inmate Labor Program. A simple google search yields some interesting reading.

2. Funny you should mention that....
As I was listening to the speech, he made some statement that made my ears perk up and to instantly bring to mind those 5 Halliburton "establishments" that we've been discussing. I waited for him to mention them, but if he did, I missed it. (My mind wanders--and, wonders--when he gives speeches.) Now might be a good time to try to get more information on those contracts and to push the MSM to get more info out before the public. Fat chance, but they might be one of the reasons they are building them...except the ones for us on DU.

*We have expanded the number of beds in our detention facilities, and we will continue to add more*

7. That's the one. Not much to go on, but that's the way they do it.
That way, they can say they told us.

9. I just have to ask
What are we, the citizens of this country going to do about any of this? Are we waiting for them to start filling up these detention/detainment centers? What are we going to do when people start disappearing? Stand by and watch it happen? Point fingers and say oh look...they did come for that guy...I thought they would...hope I'm not next...

They out and out, blatantly, and point blank tell us, there are detention centers being built...that they are continuing to add beds, that they have a Civilian Inmate Labor Program in place...and still we are just talking about it, and trying to convince ourselves it means nothing....

Has anyone given a thought to the fact that they have rounded up 10,000 people(criminals/undesirables) twice...TWICE...in the last year...with police forces from the national level, right down to the local level working together to accomplish the goal...Is that NOT an indication of what they are capable of???? Is it possible we DO NOT see things clearly yet???

Does any of this bring all that illegal spying on us, "we the people", into focus yet? It surely should..

Oh, I know...the midterms are coming up...we are gonna show them...we're going to take over the house and maybe the senate...uh huh...yep...sure we are...but we better think about something else..who owns the voting machines?...so however it turns out, is it going to be the way they wanted it to turn out?...all these pesky investigations might help "the decider" to decide to go ahead and turn over some power to the unsuspecting dems...so they give/we take the h/s or both...then for the next 2 1/2 years the Dems take the blame for everything that's gone wrong for the last 5+ years....then along comes Jeb...need I say more?

I will admit, I could be wrong...this is all jmo...but I sure don't like the implications of detention centers/civilian work programs...sure don't..don't like any of the other crap either and I can't help but wonder if we ARE as powerless, as a people, as I feel we might be?
