Keenan just got into the race three weeks ago, and the fact that he's polling so well against both Tester and Morrison suggests that he's doing a good job of getting his name out. While an incumbent always has a huge edge in a primary, I wouldn't be surprised to see the same supporters who are abandoning Burns in the general abandon him in the primary as well. This might get even more interesting.
