McCain: A hypocrite?
Yes! Evidently it's a GOP trait!

Sweeney takes back criticism of McCain

SARATOGA SPRINGS Representative John Sweeney ate a little crow pie yesterday when Senator John McCain visited Saratoga to give his campaign a boost.

Back during the 2000 presidential campaign, Sweeney publicly attacked McCain's voting record. and said the Arizona Republican's voting record was strongly anti-New York.

Yesterday, Sweeney said he was wrong to make those comments.

Sweeney said, quote -- "You can be wrong in this business and get do-overs. This is a do-over."

McCain was headlining a 150-dollar-a-plate fundraiser luncheon for Sweeney. The Congressman is being challenged by Democratic lawyer Kirsten Gillibrand in what has traditionally been a solidly Republican district.

3. We need to e-mail McCain and let him know what we think of him....
And that it will be a cold day in hell before we'd vote for him.
