How is the "Gang of 8" Constitutional?
I was watching the Heyden confimation hearings this morning and he said the the gang of 8 were notified about the secret surveillance ( wiretapping & NSA data mining)How is it constitutional that ONLY 8 represent the entire country on intelligence? MY Congress Rep (that I vote in to represent ME) is not part of it.

1. It absolutely is not!
That is how, it is nothing more than a simple method of subverting democracy, which this somehting that this administration has proven itself to be so adept at doing!

2. RFLOL! Excellent...
It is a bunch of keystone cops that do whatever they want. I just came online and saw that 26.5 million vets identity has been stolen. They aren't poor enough now someone can further ruin their credit
