My Prediction And My Justification On Rove....
Edited on Thu May-25-06 05:20 AM by global1
I'm thinking that Rove gets indicted tomorrow - Friday - Why?

1. MSM Sniffing Around And Kinda Committing

MSNBC's coverage of the CIA leak case continued Wednesday with new suggestions that presidential adviser Karl Rove may yet be indicted. The indictment of 'Bush's Brain' seemed imminent after reports from MSNBC and the Washington Post indicating that the Rove camp expected a decision earlier this month -- but it has now been 28 days since Rove testified for a fifth time before the grand jury investigating the outing of CIA officer Valerie Plame. MSNBC's David Shuster says former federal prosecutors believe the silence from Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald doesn't bode well for Rove.

2. A Three Day Holiday WeekEnd

Memorial Day = 3 day weekend - what a good opportunity for such a news dump. Those 'merikuns will be picnikun, and partyin and watchin the indie 500 - they'll forget by next Tuesday

3. Lot's of Other Cover Stories - Distractions

Hastert's problems. Jefferson's problems - what will be called by *Co & Faux News as - the Democrats Culture of Corruption. Immigration. Recent Bin Laden tape.

This is just my prediction based on some flimsy (above) justification - but if it does happen Memorial Day Weekend from now on should be called "Rovemorial Day Weekend".

1. I wish it were tomorrow.
But then again, with the new Cheney stuff coming out, who knows?

2. I hope you're right.
I'd love to celebrate Rovemorial Day on Monday. What a blast that would be!
