Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones Hearings for Voters in 2006 Primary
Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones is sponsoring hearings in her district regarding problems with voting in Cuyahoga County during the 2006 Primary. Following are dates and locations. Hearings are open to voters, election workers..

Tuesday, May 30, 2006 - 6:30-8:30 PM

Euclid City Hall - 585 East 222nd Street

This hearing is for voters and poll workers from Euclid, Richmond Heights, South Euclid, Lyndhurst and Mayfield Heights to speak-out on their voting experiences during the May 2nd primary.



Wednesday, May 31, 2006 - 7:00-9:00 PM

Cleveland City Council Chambers - 601 Lakeside Ave.

This hearing is for voters and poll workers from the City of Cleveland area to speak-out on their voting experiences during the May 2nd primary.


Thursday, June 1, 2006 - 7:00-9:00 PM

65 Columbus Road, Bedford, Ohio

This hearing is for voters and poll workers from Bedford, Bedford Heights, Garfield Heights, Highland Hills, Maple Heights, North Randall, Oakwood and Warrensville Heights to speak-out on their voting experiences during the May 2nd primary.

Court reporters will take down voter and poll worker testimony at all hearings so that a summary can be delivered to the election review panel set up by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections to investigate major problems that arose during the primary, including troubles printing ballot receipts, finding lost votes and tabulating results.

Sorry to say she is my representative. She is only keeping her constituents in line.

3. STJ was handpicked to run by Lou Stokes when he retired from the House.
Do you know anything about him? She runs the ship just as Stokes did. You have not lived until you have attended her District Caucus Meetings. You would think you were in the twilight zone. I also have first hand knowledge that she does not help her constituents which is her job.

Keep your eye on her and see if I'm right.

What does she do at her Caucus meetings that's so bad? And how does she not help her constituents?

I'm not trying to be difficult. I'm just trying to understand your point - especially since she gets something like 90% of the vote in her district.
