1. While I've been busier for Lamont for U.S. Senate
I am supporting my mayor, John DeStefano of New Haven, for governor against Mother Rell (Jodi Rell). It's an uphill battle because for some reason she is very popular desite her predecessor John Rowland who just got out of prison for corruption practices when he was governor. She was his Lt. Gov. and claims she didn't know what was going on. Hmm.

DeStefano barely lost endorsement at the state convention, to Dan Malloy, Stamford mayor. So they are on the primary ballot come Aug. 8, along with Ned Lamont who is challenging ole' Joe.

I don't even know who is running against our liberal congresswoman, Rosa DeLauro, in the general. She wipes the floor with any contender anyway!

Lots cookin' here in Connecticut!

2. Cool.....
I'm working a CA Assembly race and
local junior college board recall.

Working fulltime makes it hard, but
I gotta be involved, gotta say I tried.

Stay at it.

3. Working on a Congressional campaign
The Ohio 18th, Zack Space v Bob Ney, is one of the top races in the country. Zack is from my city. I'm proudly doing everything I can to get him elected. So far that has included stuffed envelopes, making phone calls, data entry, organizing a fund raiser, sign painting, cooking and cleaning. I'll do anything that I'm able to do.

5. Nicely Done...
Cooking! Maybe I'm hungry but food sounds good right now.
Nice work. Glad we're involved, but I'm sad there's
only a few responses to my thread.

Was hoping for mucho campaign involvement from DUers.
Maybe there's more out there.
Let us hear from you'all.
