The Republichickenhawks... when encountering enlistment/draft... First "Run"--run away fast to the nearest college or national guard** office, and Second "Cut"--they cut in line to get ahead of everyone else to be sure they get their college registration or national guard enlistment papers, to ensure they get their Deferment!

Maybe they also "Run" to a phone, "Call" their wealthy Daddies, and enjoy the privileged treatment of officials (at universities and/or the national guard) who are paying back or creating new 'favors'. So, Republicans would be said to "Run and Call". Can we "Run and Call" to get out of IRAQ? To quote a line from a movie with a gigantic marshmallow man... "Who yuh gonna call?"...

**back when the National Guard basically "guarded" the "nation", rather than acting as a supplementary source of military personnel for engaging in foreign wars/occupations of choice.
