If you watch the video at http://cbs4.com/topstories/local_story_177194808.html you will see the drugs where on him, but he was flying in his private jet and IMHO that jet now will get the first class inspection.....

3. Said plane is, of course, |
subject to asset forfeiture laws; even if he's not charged, they could confiscate his plane & sell it at auction.

5. Rush loves our government sooo much |
I'm sure he will have nothing but positive things to say about this. After all, he could have been a terrorist.
Rush mouthpiece for BushCo. He's been supporting this kind of activity so he really should be applauding the effectiveness of his tax dollars in action.

6. Think Clear Channel actually owns the jet... |
Gulfstream G-IV, I believe. Registered to Premier Radio networks (CC subsidiary).
Probably has a huge stip in his contract with Premier, that he gets exclusive use of it.

7. One industry Repubicans don't want to privatize: airport management |
because they don't want to expose private jets to the tax that only commuters have to pay. It's a subsidy ordinary people pay to CEOs and Rush Limbaugh worth several billion dollars a year.
