Lieberman: Ned is a one issue candidate.
Well, that's good enough for me! He is PRO-DEMOCRATS, and that is all I need to hear. I wish we had a great Democratic challenger to Nelson here in FL.

4. And Joe was a king-sized ass during the debate...
Please, PLEASE, Connecticut, dump Crazy Uncle Joe in the Long Island Sound.

3. I think whether or not your son dies in Iraq is more than "one issue"
That would be THE "issue" as far as the life of a parent goes.

5. I think the debate began in Connecticut, and will eventually move to
...nationwide. We learned tonight that Joe had nothing to offer, but sound bites and asking 6 more years of entitlement. Once we defeat member senate like Joe, others will see that we are serious about grassroots movement, and that the corporate donations, can be defeated.

6. IF Lamont is a "One Issue" Candidate, THE Issue is LIEberman.
And LIEberman himself damages the Democratic Party across a range of issues.

Most pathetically of all, some of Joe's supporters try to claim that supporting Connecticut Democrats is more important than supporting the Democratic Party--as though Lieberman is actually supporting Connecticut Democrats. They're no more pro-IRAQ War than other Democrats, and besides, literally, what good has Lieberman done for his state? Think he's useful? Check out his positions on the issues!

7. That demonstrated weakness on Lieberman's part
I've never seen an incumbent forced to demean his opponent's candidacy in the first 30 seconds of his opening statement. That's where Lieberman slotted the "one issue" denouncement.

It's like a football team so paranoid about its opponent they design every play in that regard, and never practice their own strengths and tendencies.

Plus, Joe turned toward Lamont the entire debate instead of addressing the camera and audience. I expected the other way around. The challenger invariably asks questions of the incumbent and interrupts his statements frequently. Tonight Lamont was looking straight ahead speaking to the camera, and had to ask Lieberman not to interrupt him several times, once saying something like, "this isn't FOX News."

8. Also claims no one except "the local media" question his Iraq War support:
