I'm curious to see what the rest of you are doing to help get our candidates elected.I am very active on the campaign of Ellis County judge Chuck Beatty http://www.waxahachie.com/cbeatty.htm
I also write a ton of letters to the editor of our local papers.I want to do more to get people registered to vote, but don't know where to start.Any ideas?

1. Election 2006
Voting a straight Democratic ticket. Donating to 'Dollars For Democrats' if they send me something.

4. Sending lotsa money to Jim Webb (Va Senate race)
and VA-02's Phil Kellam. And telling 50 of my "best friends" to vote for them or I'll never speak to them again :patriot:

5. I poll.
I poll for my county Democratic party.

In Georgia we're losing even among Democrats. Georgia Democrats don't like the message our leaders are putting out.

I expect that we will definitely lose two house seats that we won in the last election. We will also lose the Governor's race. Both the state Senate and the State House will continue to be Republican.

And we might lost McKinney's seat if the crossover vote materializes. And we might lose the Lt. Governor's race also. To Ralph Reed, no less.

But, there's still time - July 18th is the primary. Maybe it will reverse but I doubt is.

Whats going on in your state?

david harris has been a one-issue candidate,i hate to say.He will make a fine politician someday, and hopefully thi has been good experience.barbara radnowsky is running against kb hutchison, and she stands a better chance of maybe winning the senate.locally-mostly repubs will keep their spots.....i'll still keep writing and talking.
