works for Bush.

This is an intersting articl - how Bush has really toned down his rhetoric and is trying to handle international problems not with big words like "Bring Em On." but with diplomacy.

I have really noticed that change myself. And I went "huh." But others have noticed it , too.

1. It requires an odd notion of what "work" means to think it ever "worked".

What has really "worked" for Bush is electoral manipulation and fraud.
