Soft drinks and tableware provided...you bring a dish to share. We call this a potluck event.

I can give you the numbers to RSVP if you are interested. It sounds like fun to me. Joint effort of DEC and DFA

This is in keeping with the DNC's strategy to rebuild the party with another Democratic event.

Someone in our local party said they got a call from a lady who asked them how to change from Republican to Democrat. Said she was fed up.

People are not used to this idea of reaching out to the community yet. It helps to see others do it, I think.
