Jim Davis of FLA won't allow a TV debate!!!!!!!!!
He keeps canceling them...and promised to get a date for the canceled Naples debate...and now the state party is having a debate and all want it televised..but the party chair says "Jim Davis does not want it televised". So what!! This is outrageous! He's is avoiding a debate in front of all the people. He does not deserve any vote for this...and the people deserve better.

All should call (swamp the party office) and tell them you want it televised!

Please swamp them with calls...DU style!
850-222-3411 Tell them to televise the debate! this is what democracy is all about!

1. We were just talking about that at our meeting tonight.

Well, quietly of course.

Rod Smith is a great debater, Jim Davis is not. I hear we need to contact the state chairwomen to push this.

Rod Smith's wife was at the meeting tonight, unexpected, but gave a great talk.

2. Republicans ALWAYS do this...
...they pull these antics, and the Dems always tolerate it.

We have to grow spines, stand up and say, "The debate is Friday night. It will be televised, you coward, and if you don't show...I will debate an empty podium and you'll look like the freakish coward that you are!"

Man, we have to stand up to these jerks. During the Kerry/Bush debates, Bush got to call all of the shots and get everything his way--the format, etc.

SCREW THAT!

People with nothing to hide--hide nothing! It's time that we Dems quit acting like catatonic victims who just had their lunch money stolen. Stand up! Take a stand! Tell the Reps that they will debate like adults--live on television.

So tired of our party lying down for these political rapists.
