Not based on any factual information except that Woodward is a PNACing snake, minimized the Plame outing, hung out in the WH to get goodies for his book and became "one of them" instead of someone reporting on them.
Its a hunch.

I still think Novak is the one who did all the damage. Other journalists knew who Plamae was and kept their mouths and pens quiet. Not Novak. Novak was the insidious one. Smug, smarmy bastard printed her name and wrecked her career. He didn't have to do that.
