Pickens was calling $ 80 a barrel - it is pretty close now.
Don't get caught buying oil futures now. You could get the snot knocked out of you before your body hits the ground.

He said 80 a barrel but you had to get the impression he didn't think it would hold there for too long without a retracement. Maybe a big one.

If you are watching for interest, great - but DO NOT look for investment advice here.
