Can we now put the "draft Hilary" to rest?
I admire Senator Clinton very much but hated the idea of her being drafted to run this year. Until the primaries started the "common wisdom" was that if no clear winner would emerge, she would be drafted as the nominee. I think that one way or the other we will have a nominee that we can all unite behind and leave her to continue her good work in the senate.

1. Oh no, you brought it up!
Seriously, I agree. The "Draft Hillary" concept totally turns me off, except to the extent that it makes freepers break out in hives.

6. actually that whole whacky scenario is shaping up nicely
Kerry looking strong at this point, and if Edwards can't scoot past him he'll be the guy.

And then in the spring the GOP starts to open fire on him and he gets shredded into June or so.

Whats a party to do at that point but pick up the red phone and...

well you know the story from there.

Who was it that said 'anything can happen and probabbly will' ?

7. I was actually surprised...
not to see polls Jan 20 asking "What would YOU DO if Hillary Clinton decided to throw her hat in the ring as a write-in candidate in next week's election??????"

I'm glad they stopped asking about her as a potential candidate!

10. If you ran a Pig against bush*
I would vote for the pig.

Don't confuse that with supporting or uniting behind the pig.
