A neocon wet dream: WMDs in Lebanon! To war! To war!
Edited on Sat Jul-15-06 12:54 AM by Seabiscuit
Now Israel is providing Bushco with a pretext to invade Iran and Syria:

"Israel says Lebanon will hide WMDs for Iran":

http://www.rawstory.com/news/2006/Israel_says_Lebanon_will_hide_WMDs_0714.html

So, Georgiepoo, where are you going to get all the fighting men to fight your insane wars for you?

If this hadn't all been spelled out in the PNAC documents before the 2000 election, it would all be so insanely surreal as to be unimaginable, but it's all happening today before our eyes.

1. The "reports" on all the "news" are like a prelude to a kiss...
obvious, uncomfortable, and sloppy. and YET everyone will belive that this is all just "happening" and not that this is all going according to plan.

2. As a student of the conspiratorial (as opposed to accidental) view of...
...history, I heartily agree. After reading this thread a few minutes ago (especially after reading some of the leaked state department reports) it appears as though Iraq has pretty much arrived at open anarchy, murder and mayhem for the time being.

The human brain is wired to see patterns, sometimes when there are none there. However, a question occurred to me: Does any of rising bellicosity what's going on in between Syria/Lebanon/Iran and Israel/US have anything to do with the dissolving of social order in Iraq? Weird question, I know, but it's one I'm briefly entertaining...

I guess where I initially am going with this is...could Bush use any of this non-Iraq conflict to extricate the U.S. from Iraq? It doesn't make any sense, maybe groping for a connection that's not there...

4. Personally, I think this is an election ploy for Bush, nothing more for
Edited on Sat Jul-15-06 01:48 AM by Seabiscuit
now...

Bush has essentially told Americans to forget about Osama Bin Laden. And he's had Saddam by the short hairs for years. And now for years those Americans who supported the invasion of Iraq are getting squeamish and tired of it. And no matter how many drum-beating speeches Bush gives about fighting the "terra-ists" it's all begun to ring hollow. So what to do to fill the void?

Join Israel in a new campaign against Lebanon, Syria and Iran, with a whole new bugaboo threat of WMDs for the terminally dumb American electorate to quake in their boots about...

So what better election issue could he have right now? Create a brand new threat: Iranian WMDs in Lebanon! Syria and Iran plotting against our "interests" in the mideast. Forget about Iraq folks, we've got a new enemy to fight! And this time we've got Israel leading the charge for us, so of course, we've got to come to the aid of our ally, Israel, and squash those Syrian and Iranian bugs for them, before Iran gets... THE BOMB!

11. The timing is right -- and I've also been saying that this
is just the beginning of campaign 06 --

Also bush hasn't had any contact with anyone in the "leadership" of Israel -- so much so that it is obvious that they are like two lovers in a crowded room who act like they don't know each other.

Bush needs another war -- even if Israel has to start this war. He really wanted to use Nukes against Iran -- but somehow he was talked out of that idea. (Various reports of back room stuff lead me to this conclusion.)

Now we are getting reports that Iran did this or that -- and are somehow involved. Meanwhile we know the US is certainly involved -- because Israel is using all the "made in USA" weapons and now requesting more jet fuel to continue their attacks in Lebanon.

Meanwhile CondiLiar has been telling Iran that they had to answer on a certain date -- which turned out to be about the time the "trigger" event happened (kidnapping of one lowly Israeli private) -- after a whole lot of provocation by Israel in Gaza. Sort of like putting a bunch of snakes in a bag, start beating the bag and then letting the snakes lose -- the snakes (or any creature) is going to be pissed and ready to bite. The creature beating the bag is equally disgusting -- some sort of Sci-Fi monster. (I find both sides in this to be equally disgusting.)

So we have the trigger -- and the massive over reaction -- which we now know was planned well in advance of the kidnapping of the Israeli army private -- the Bay of Tolkin reason used by Prez Johnson to start up the Vietnam war -- sort of excuse.

What is important is the timing -- CondiLiar kept saying that the deadline was on Tuesday or so -- and low and behold -- Israel jumps into action and begins the war. The corporate media are playing along -- see Iran -- see Iran -- see Syria.

The bush gang is really desperate -- they can't lose the upcoming election and they will do whatever it takes to make sure that the GOP majority is retained.

So yes -- this blood shed is all related to the upcoming US elections.

And the stupid cow democratic leadership is too afraid to go after the sacred cow of precious Israel and that US Jewish vote. This is just perfect for the ROVE gang -- a war that the democrats can object to because it was started by Israel . . . with all the baggage that such a war will carry.

Bush will remain shy -- not speaking publicly to his Israel benefactors.

Also notice that the bush senior foreign experts at cooling the Middle east down -- are not being called on.

Lots of fishy stuff -- look behind the magician -- look to see what they don't want you to see.

8. If I were Christ, I'd be sick and tired of all this shit.
I'd figure, if they want to blow themselves all up, let 'em. I'm not gonna bother greeting them at the Pearly Gates. Heaven's crowded enough already - let them camp out in that other place.

10. What really scares me is
That more and more often, I find myself saying, "good lord, Alex Jones was right?!"

It's looking like unless Israel backs off within the next week, this might just be the begining of WWIII, to me.

Oy vey!

13. I may have to tell you in person.
Once WWIII begins and the Wall Street tumbles, I may finally pull my family out of here. "Down Under" is one of our possible destinations.

15. I would like to think that your little pissant psycphant
will be gone by then.

Can you do anything that will insure that he will be?

(Aside from assassination, which I'm not recommending, or not not recommending...)

16. Have given this great thought...
and have come to the conclusion, that no place on this earth is going to be safe..or shall I say any safer than where you are right now...look at the far/near/MEast, trouble everywhere...Asia...Russia, perhaps...China?? or Europe where Americans are hated as a whole?.... Australia has Howard, Canada has Harper, Mexico has Calderon...where are you going to go that's any safer? So. American countries always have to worry about having their gov't's overthrown by the US.....So Africa maybe?? Wait, don't they have their own problems too??? Between affects from global warming...and crazy dictators...I think we shall stay put...we can only die once...and I'd just as soon die while attempting to protect my own country...over someone else's....

17. Safe haven......?
History reveals that every country, even the unlikely little pissant ones, gets a turn at 'Empire'
and comparative 'safety'....England, Spain, Holland, Turkey....Portugal!....for Gods sake!

'Empire' does not discriminate on the basis of merit ;-)

Following the immanent decline of the American Empire China seems set for yet another turn (economically at very least).

In stead of or after China it is Australia's turn.

'Pax Australis' will be distinguished by two unprecedented hallmarks of new Empire-

1/ We will not be boastful, belligerent, arrogant or aggressive about our Empire status.

2/ The reason for this is that the vast majority of Australians will not know it was our turn at Empire
until a hundred years after the event....and those few who do know won't care.

;-)

Can I take my tongue out of my cheek now?....it's starting to hurt.

Come on over folks....all welcome....you will be safe with us...bring your own towel.
