Assorted G8 Summit Photos:

From left to right, U.S. first lady Laura Bush, French first lady Bernadette Chirac, Margarida Sousa Uva, wife of the President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso, Flavia Franzoni, wife of Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi, Russian first lady Lyudmila Putin, Laureen Harper, wife of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and Cherie Blair, wife of British Prime Minister Tony Blair, pose for a group photo at the Konstantinovsky Palace on the sidelines of the G8 summit in St.Petersburg, Sunday 16 July 2006.

Electric carts carrying leaders and delegates leave the venue after the first negotiating session at the G8 Summit in St.Petersburg, Russia, Sunday July 16, 2006. The Lebanon crisis and the nuclear ambitions of Iran and North Korea looked set to dominate talks Sunday between the Group of Eight leaders who gathered for their annual summit on the world's most pressing challenges.

3. What interaction? Posing for more useless photo-ops?
It's the only thing he knows how to do.

4. A couple of notes
Edited on Sun Jul-16-06 11:00 AM by Aviation Pro
1. Notice the seriousness of the discussion between KGB Vlad and Chancellor Merkel.

2. Notice the look on Condomlezza's face as her dimwit student attempts to articulate on some point.

3. Notice that Asshole has that same Amway distributor's look on his face in just about every photo.

4. Finally, notice how confused Asshole looks when Mitterand elaborates on some complex issue. (The look says, "Where's my Pet Goat?")
