9. Did you see mean Jean today?
With the plunging neckline? I had never seen an outfit like that in Congress, it was some lacking in decorum. Even Katherine Harris has never worn anything like that to the floor.

10. I didn't get to see that. Maybe it's GOOD that I didn't get to see it!
She does have a thing for surreal costuming, Jean does.

The day she was trashing John Murtha, she was wearing what looked to me like Star Wars pjs.

Jason Altmire is the Democratic candidate challenging her this year. John Murtha has publicly backed Jason Altmire.

8. "Dr" Phil Gingrey, Virginia Foxx, Marsha Blackburn, Louis Gohmert
Joe Barton, Richard Pombo, Duncan Hunter, David Dreier. The ladies made it for their daily obnmoxious one minute speeches. Everyone else made it on (lack of) merit.

16. James F. Sensenbrenner (R-Hell)
His reputation for freeloading at the public trough, a place he's been feeding at for nearly 40 years, began early on when Sensenbrenner, an heir to the Kimberly-Clark fortune, had his wife collect unemployment compensation after she was laid off by the state Republican Party when elections were over and her services were no longer needed. Way too rich. Way too arrogant (remember microphone/gavel incident?). Way too powerful.
