Politics as morality.
This man was a writer in Czechoslovakia (sp?) and was jailed for four years, and later was elected as President after the overthrow of the totalitarian government. He writes his own speeches, and has a broad vision of what leadership means and what our responsibilities are as the people of a nation and the world.
Considering the seeming advancement of a totalitarian corporate environment in the States, his vision, and excellent writing, come as quite timely. Hope you take the time to find it, or his other works, if they're as good as this is. It's just nice to know that there are others who don't consider it insane to be optimistic regarding the potential of the species, despite our best efforts to shove our egos in each others' faces.
