World Court and war crimes |

Question: who has to actually bring charges of War Crimes to the World Court in Neuenberg (sp?). Read where a prosecutor there said there is growing evidence leading to a charge of war crimes against "*".

I found it is now going to be located in the Hague, and apparently the court itself brings charges, but at who's request I don't know.

2. The World Court is the common name for the ICJ which is the judicial |

arm of the UN. The ICC is something completely different.
If I had to guess, I'd say that only member states can bring actions including at the request of individuals.
