Newspaper that endorsed Bush in 2004 calls for a new congress in Nov

The Bakersfield Californian endorsed Bush in both presidential elections and is typically a right wing siding paper. The Bakersfield area usually is a red zone in central CA. Yesterday's editorial said that Bush was wrong in vetoing the stem cell legislation and twice said the solution is to replace the current congress in November.

They did not say to vote for a Dem but to me replacing congress means replacing the repubs.

that they would make this move in light of Nancy's position.
