Hillary Clinton polling data
Here's a poll on Hillary Clinton and how she would fare as a presidential candidate.

I have to say that it tracks pretty closely with my assessment of her prospects. Check out the polling data for yourself.

For the Hillary Clinton partisans out there, I just want to say that I think she'd be a very good president. I just have two problems with her: (1) I have grave doubts about her electability. (2) I think the Democratic Party has better candidates out there who ARE electable. (If breaking the gender barrier is important, I'll take Barbara Boxer over Hillary Clinton.)

1. Piece of crap poll.
When the nighties get a whiff of Guliani they will wet their pants. Lets see what the future holds for us. McCain is the biggest dumb ass that exist next to Santorum and Frist. People are not paying attention and it is too bad because they should. It is not that far away.

he's been squatting in our White House for 6 years.

Please know that if the Corporate media wants McCain as President, they will have him, no matter what a dumb ass he might be. Since most folks "pay attention" to polls and media Buzz more than issues in politics....McCain, the dumb ass as President is definitely something that could easily happen, and something that we Dems need to understand and get strategically "prepared" for a candidate who can compete and beat McCain!

2. this is a self selected online poll?
one where you get to see the answers before you vote?

Completely useless except as propaganda. The results may be close to accurate and may be miles off base. There's no way to tell.

3. You said it! There is NO way that a self-selected
poll (internet, telephone, or setting up booths in malls) can ever be taken seriously. By chance, it could get an accurate measure - but it can not ever be considered a valid scientific sample - no matter how many people respond.

6. I have to agree - This poll is pretty useless
Now, if it had been conducted in a scientific manner I think the results would've been pretty interesting, but as it stands now there's simply no way to determine if this is a representative sample or not.

5. I don't even LIKE Hillary,
and I think this poll is a load of crap.

I don't think she's electable in the slightest, but don't think the fact that poll agrees with me is valid at all. I took this poll, just to see the questions, and found it almost a push-poll.

That having been said, I am hoping deep in my heart that this Party does not nominate her. She will be a dreadful, horrible mistake for this Party.
