Iraq did not have WMD and it is all Bill Clinton's fault
Remember Operations Northern and Southern Watch and the maintenance of the No-Fly Zone over Iraq in the 90's. When the US and its allies (remember when we had friends) Great Britain, France, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait kept the Iraqi Military boxed up which allowed the Weapons Inspectors to do their job. And the end result of their work was exposed in 2002-2003 when not much in the way of WMD in Iraq was found. Of course that certainly wasn't the outcome that the man who wanted so badly to be a war president sought. So Clinton got head and the weapons, and bush got his war president moniker and a legacy which will sight him as the worst president ever. Please share with your conservative acquaintances. Guaranteed to raise the blood pressure of those who irrationally love the fake cowboy.

1. A little blast from the past...
February 24, 2001

We will always try to consult with our friends in the region so that they are not surprised and do everything we can to explain the purpose of our responses. We had a good discussion, the Foreign Minister and I and the President and I, had a good discussion about the nature of the sanctions -- the fact that the sanctions exist -- not for the purpose of hurting the Iraqi people, but for the purpose of keeping in check Saddam Hussein's ambitions toward developing weapons of mass destruction. We should constantly be reviewing our policies, constantly be looking at those sanctions to make sure that they are directed toward that purpose. That purpose is every bit as important now as it was ten years ago when we began it. And frankly they have worked. He has not developed any significant capability with respect to weapons of mass destruction. He is unable to project conventional power against his neighbors. So in effect, our policies have strengthened the security of the neighbors of Iraq, and these are policies that we are going to keep in place, but we are always willing to review them to make sure that they are being carried out in a way that does not affect the Iraqi people but does affect the Iraqi regime's ambitions and the ability to acquire weapons of mass destruction, and we had a good conversation on this issue.

2. And those operations were done on the cheap
Saudi Arabia provided the jet fuel and housing and food for our personnel involved in the operations. As "conservatives" slowly evolve their wmd talking points, the ultimate end result will be for them to blame Clinton because there was no wmd and they will say so as if it were a bad thing.

3. I hear you
The pugs keep talking as if Clinton was still President, and the Democrats were still in power.

If I didn't know better, I would think that the pugs were still waiting to wrestle the reigns of power away from the Democrats.

Clinton's mighty penis strikes again...
