Would you as parent (I am not however) want to talk to or take money from someone who owns a company who at one time had an employee (maybe contracted) who made fun of your daughter on national television?

Rush 'LimpBalls' had a show on Fox News during its early years. He was bitching about Bill Clinton and 'th Clinton's' in general. He was showing some pictures on the screen during his rant and as a joke said 'let me show you a dog' or something to that effect. The picture of Chelsea Clinton came on the screen.
Fox Later said it was an accident.
Yeah Right.

If the owner of the company had no control over said employee - and didn't condone said mocking - then sure - why not?
Why is the $$ being proffered? Are they trying to avoid a suit or something?
A lot depends on the details - but based purely on what you've said, I'm not sure why one would turn it down.

7. You know, it could be a possibility that the Clinton's don't know about it |
|
I know they kept up with news clippings but I doubt they paid attention to that him. They heard by word of mouth that he's a conservative asshole.

9. Hey, why not? Clinton was just in Connecticut stumping for a man... |

...who once stabbed him in the back. Remember when Lieberman got up on the Senate floor to call for Clinton's censure *after* the Senate had cleared him of all impeachable charges?
Clinton appears to have a penchant for sucking up to those who denigrate him. Go figure.
