Andrew Rice (9/11 victim's brother) wins Oklahoma State Senate primary
OK State Senate (46th District)

Andrew Rice is the brother of David H. Rice, an investment banker who died at the World Trade Center September 11, 2001. He is a member of September 11 Families for Peaceful Tomorrows (www.peacefultomorrows.org )

In another Oklahoma City race, Andrew Rice won the Democratic nomination for the Senate District 46 seat, held for 28 years by Democrat Bernest Cain. Cain has to step down this year because of legislative term limits.

Rice got 61 percent of the vote in a three-way race with Rhonda Rudd and Drew Dugan. Rudd got 28 percent and Dugan 11 percent.
