Political Judo: Dems should propose a (true) test of missile defense

As part of the national security leg of the DNC's six-part strategy they should propose a set of rock solid tests for NMD. Instead of poo-pooing the NMD fraud, the Dems should go full tilt and insist that we test NMD to make sure it will work. It has no chance of passing the test.

Then it's goodbye dangerous, Republican fraud on the American people.
