2. Then they wouldn't be good historians for ignoring the role the media
played in brainwashing the public.

4. One day, we'll learn the full story. At least one of them has come out
to explain how he got seduced by the pro-Israeli lobby group. These are the kinds of facts we need to put together to understand why our Congressmen are making so many decisions that are not in the best interest of this country.

5. Yep
And the media will hop right on that bandwagon.

The Dems have screwed up Bush's plan! Dems, create haven for terrorists! Blah, blah, blah.

My hope is that the Dems won't be scared by any of that--that they'll do the right thing and let the politics afterward fall where they may. You can bet that the anti-Dem propaganda will be louder than it's ever been before. After all the crap Bush has gotten away with, all the excuses made, I wonder how things will play out with a Dem in charge?

Somehow I think the spotlight will be a little brighter and hotter.

The hypocrisy will really show.

7. The problem is that there is no good solution.
The Dems will inherit a Bad/Bad situation.

Even Now, the Republican Party and their complicit allies in the Media are criticizing the Dems because "They have no plan for Iraq".

JUST ONe TIME, I wish I would hear one of the talking heads say, "The Republicans have created such a disaster in Iraq that even the Democrats are having trouble coming up with a plan to clean up this Republican disaster."

OTOH, as the House vote on the estate Tax last night proved, the Republican Plan is working perfectly. The top 1% have made Billions in Blood Money off of the War on the Iraqi People.

9. actually, the choices are probably more like . . .
"If he does and chaos ensues, they it isn't your fault. And if he stays and chaos continues, it also isn't your fault, and you get all the credit." . . .
