1. How about not hiring him in the first place?

He's being nominated again after a recess appointment. But I mean.. as far as Bush is concerned, Bolton's been highly successful. He's yelled at people, raised temper tantrums, and stuck his thumb in the eyes of all those who wish to condemn Israel, and pushed for confrontation with Iran and Syria... what's not to like, in terms of implementing the President's foreign policy?

I pride myself on not hating anyone, but for whatever reason, Bolton is the exception. I see his sour face and that ridiculous moustache and I just get filled with rage. He represents so much of what is wrong with the world, from my point of view anyway.
