Yes, in SOME circles, the man with a -- what, 30% approval rating? -- is a "ROCK STAR!!" (The links for the article and the lovely photo above both include the phrase, "wild_about_cheney." Yes, you read right -- WILD about Cheney!!)

Of course, the article goes on to cite many Republicans who don't want him around their campaigns (or want him where he can elicit checks, but no media allowed. Shhhh....).

What I want to know is: If this total fuck-up is a "GOP Rock Star," what exactly does that say about the GOP???
