Joe's new campaign slogan: |
|
"Joe Lieberman - Party Of One"
Heard it on Air America this morning from a caller from Sherman Oaks, CA.

3. How about: "Joe Lieberman - if you admit you were wrong last time |
|
Edited on Wed Aug-09-06 06:43 PM by Boojatta
you voted, then you admit that you lack good judgment and you shouldn't vote again."
Next he could support legislation to raise the voting age. Otherwise that slogan wouldn't be applicable to new voters who were too young to vote last time.

4. There's a great campaign commercial in that. |
|
Fade in: Restaurant, maitre d'hotel at the reservations desk. Cut to: Ned Lamont, walking in the door with a crowd of people of all ages and ethnicities in tow. Cut back to maitre 'd, smiling and saying 'ah, Mr. Lamont. You have so many friends with you--perhaps we should put you in a banquet room?'
Cut to: Maitre d'hotel answering the telephone and saying 'Reservation for Lieberman? Party of one? Very good, sir.'
Fade out to text on screen: 'Ned Lamont for US Senate. Because you don't forget who your friends are.'

6. I'd love to see that one. |
|
Imagine the pitch of Lieberman's squeal when he sees it.
