Why are we not going on the attack, and saying that the Republicans are the party that allowed 9/11 to happen? I mean the baseline absolute certainty that they didn't give a shit about terror warnings, still can't figure out how to get intel bureaucracies and first responders to be able to communicate, and want to sell our ports to Osama bin Laden's falcon-hunting buddy. If they accuse us of conspiracy-mongering, we just say that obviously people who can't figure out how to drop water bottles on New Orleans wouldn't have been able to actually pull off such an attack themselves. Keep linking NOLA with 9/11, with total indifference and lethal incompetence as the memes.

I guess the time has come for a common view on Iraq, personally I think Mr. Lamont's view is an excellent starting point:
