6. Link. Dean will probably be returning to Vermont soon.....
... if we can accept his word regarding Wisconsin.

Kerry floats toward new wins, Dean talking 'do-or-die'
DAVID ESPO, AP Special Correspondent

(02-05) 14:22 PST WASHINGTON (AP) --

Fallen Democratic front-runner Howard Dean withdrew to Wisconsin on Thursday to make a last, defiant stand in a turbulent bid for the White House. Sen. John Kerry campaigned confidently for victories in weekend caucus states.

"I never run away from anything, especially George Bush," Massachusetts senator Kerry shot back at a heckler in Portland, Maine, one of three states he hopes to add to his campaign trophy case over the next few days.

In an early morning e-mail to his Internet-savvy supporters, Dean laid out his last-ditch strategy, coupling it with an appeal for campaign donations.

"We must win Wisconsin. ... We will get a boost this weekend in Washington, Michigan, and Maine, but our true test will be the Wisconsin primary.

- SNIP -

"All I can say is, we intend to win" the state," he said, declining to elaborate on the middle-of-the-night e-mail.

The latest soundings suggested that would be difficult.

A poll taken for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and The Capital Times, published in Madison, put Kerry's support at 45 percent, compared to Dean at 12, Clark at 11 and Edwards at 6.

10. I keep going through Seattle Paper articles
The all indicate that Kerry is in for a strong win there, but no polls from the state of Washington, other than polls from that State that who Kerry as the only candidate beating Bush in Washington State.

9. I've been wondering why they've been so few
polls for Washington. There were/are polls out for all of the other contests.
