****If***** we fail to take the House in 06 .........
..... are there any Repubs we might find as reliable - or even semi-reliable - kindred spirits in getting some of our agenda addressed? (Remember, I'm talking about the House, not the Senate.)

I'm of a mind that we'll take at least the House, but still, I'm asking .....

1. No.
You can expect a new GOP congress to meet for even fewer days than they did this year and argue about flag burning, abortion, and those mean old gay people who want to get married.

They will simply keep ingoring the conflagration consuming the middle class and throwing working people into deep poverty.

2. No.
As I have said many times before... there are no ****good**** Republicans anymore. They are all morally bankrupt supporters of this regime and their immoral agenda for America. They have all voted to support Bush/Cheney v. America and the Constitution. The same can be said for the DINOs that vote with them.

4. Doesn't matter whether there are any or not
Unless you can actually talk 'em into swapping parties.

It doesn't matter how many Repubs might be friendly to Democratic ideas (or ideals). As long as the Repubs hold the majority, they will set the agenda and keep any Democratic bills from getting out of committee.

5. Right. Dennis Hastert has said he'll only allow a vote...
...when a majority of REPUBLICANS in the House support a bill.
