Your assertion that tapping my conversations without cause is a power inherrent to the presidency in a time of war is as idiotic as your conclusion that habeas corpus is somehow an antequated idea. Your suggestion that this ruling is some kind of a publicity stunt is contemptible; this is a Judge who must have agonized over exposing herself to the mindless frothing attack dogs, and their ivory-tower-dwelling handlers in the GOP.
