We saw the "small man behind the curtain" during Katrina. Dean on CNN
That is a beautiful putdown, Governor Dean. He is a small man in thought and intellect and action.

And yes, Lamont IS the Democrat in the CT race.

That will smart when Bush hears what you said about him.

That was a great interview on the Situation Room

2. HA HA HA! A better way to say the Emperor has no clothes, and
many more people will understand the comment too!

I don't know if the Dear Governor thinks of these quips himself or is he has help, but he keeps doing better and better!!!!!!

3. And further he gave Webb kudos, and slammed Allen..
as not a fit man for public office. He knew him as a governor, will have to wait for transcript, but he really lit into Allen. Said Webb was a good man Democrats could vote for.

5. Al Rodgers has a great post up with video from both appearances.

Thanks, Al.

Both interviews were good, but Matthews won't shut up. He won't let people get out their ideas. I swear he is annoying.

So is Blitzer, but he is at least not yelling.

6. Matthews was a jerk about it afterwards. Tweety has always LIKED Allen
alot and he didn't act too pleased with Dean's words later in the show.

Good job, Chairman Dean.

7. I think that is brilliant of Dean to use that image
As if people don't know what the image refers to..... top on the fiction bestseller list this past year has been Wicked and The Son of a Witch by Gregory Maguire. The image is fresh in lots of peoples minds.

.... Americans will! Americans who actually read books without having to publish a list called "Books I read over my summer vacation" like the man behind the curtain has done.

8. I think this was one of Dean's better interviews
The topic of Katrina is near and dear to Chairman Dean. I can't imagine him being less than brilliant when discussing it; especially, when pointing out the Republicans' cut and run efforts in the Gulf.
