1. begin impeachment proceedings as a prelude to war crimes trials....

At least, if there is any justice left in this country.

on edit-- some sort of national commission would be necessary at the very least, both to deal with the explanations for the war and to deal with the fallout from withdrawing.

4. I would love to know the answer.
Especially, when Bush made it quite clear that we are NOT leaving "as long as I am the president". With congress cutting funding, what would the chimp do to fund his "war"?
