How fortunate for the Republicans
would it be for this Jon Benet, Karr character.. to have a lengthy, noisy trial all throughout the entire election season?

Would it be fortunate enough for operatives to goose up some "apparent" evidence?

They're dredging this up to fill news space that otherwise might show Iraq or Afghanistan.
