It doesn't specify "before the election." It asks only what one would do with two months to change the course of the country.

Actually, a variant of my first response still stands: Come up with a concise and clearly worded platform (no policy wonk words or phrases) that speaks to the actual needs of this country and not to what the Beltway "experts" think the rubes want.
