9. I know that King was VERY vocal about his opposition to Bush

during the 2004 campaign; said that the election was the most important of his lifetime....
Apparently the idea of a second term for Bush/Cheney even frightened 'The Master', LOL.

The man and his wife are extremely philanthropic to local causes and the Democratic Party and Dem candidates benefit as well.

He's one of the good guys.
