Congress seeks to cut brain injury funding in half--despite Iraq!
While American soldiers are coming home with profound brain injuries, Congress is considering legislation that would cut funding for the center that treats and researches brain injuries in half--from $14 million to $7 million.

Sounds like some Congresspeople are suffering from profound brain injuries--and empty hearts.

2. ...and Cheney/Rummy/Georgie plan to double the number of ....
....brain injured veterans by using the back door draft to send the same troops back again.
