The Dems are calling for Rummy's resignation and he defended that call by saying that Rummy contributed to lying us into war; sent too little troops in; didn't protect them with armor/equipment; and had the Abu Grahab fiasco on his hands. Soladad then said - that's "all water under the bridge".
