Why not send a letter to them indicating you'll use your stock votes to throw out the complete Board of DIrectors?

I have no idea if he's a DUer, but Steve Jobs of Apple is far and away the largest owner of Disney stock - roughly 7% of shares. If he wanted to stop this crap, he could do it in an instant. Frankly, he's probably the single person with the most power to kill this revisionist history.

3. reality check
Disney has over 2 billion (that's right, billion) shares outstanding. The idea that a few DUers saying they're going to vote out the board is laughable. Even Jobs, with his seven percent, has only a drop in the bucket. Institutional investors control most of the shares and its unlikely that give a rat's ass what we think.
