14. I can't put it into words...and then again....

I have a daughter with 3 kids...although she works every day...for $10.50 an hour...has Grave's disease and yet makes too much to qualify for medical help or enough food stamps to feed them for a week...let alone a month..

I have a son, who has worked his ass off...the mill he worked at was bought, and closed....so he got hired after my husband retired, on June 2nd at the mill that bought the other one and closed it..he worked every day for a little over two months, was finally getting his bills caught up...when he got laid off again...and has two children to support...the housing slow down you see...is slowing down the door manufacturing industry...63 men got laid off...in a community that serves maybe 3-4 thousand total...

So where does that leave us...recently retired, w/o medical insurance ourselves right now...and looking forward to paying at least $600 a month to cover the two of us, with his insurance from work, as retirees...no choice, he's already had a 5 way bypass over 10 years ago..meanwhile we are hoping to hell that our kids make it...or that we don't all go broke trying to keep them and ourselves afloat..while worrying that someone will take that pension we have coming in, away from us...

We have a Dem State Senator representing us, that we find gave $10,000 of his excess campaign funds to republicans that were running...

We have a R guy running for Senator against Cantwell, who finally owned up to a DUI in 1993...well kinda owned up to it in a Friday news dump..after denying it previously

We have a Rep running for Co.Commissioner that had his own girlie web site...after he got suspended from his job because of it...he took it down...but...not because he was running for commissioner...because he got suspended from his very public job as a local dj/talk show host...oh, he continues to run....

I am sick and tired of the BULLSHIT...TIRED OF WAITING and HOPING PEOPLE ARE WAKING UP, TIRED OF LAME EXCUSES, and TIRED OF WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SPEAK UP and say WE'VE HAD ENOUGH, and WE AIN'T GONNA TAKE IT NO MORE!!
