He spoke out before it aired, which is good, but now we need to go into an investigative mode and let the blogging community rip apart the movie to create a backlash.
A defamation/libel lawsuit is very hard to prove when you are a public figure. Besides, any lawsuit he filed would just land in the lap of some Bush appointed federal judge and be dismissed, which would only give the movie credibility that it does not deserve.

now it would take away from the Bush 9/11 political fest.
They have to wait until after probably towards the end of the month before announcing anything. Which is good. Then only 34 days or so until the elections.
RELAX kids. You have to wait sometimes to get the best effect.
