Is this reliable information? Senate projections...
Currently showing 50/50 Senate split.

Do we trust this source?

1. He is a Democrat
and is basing his prediction on certain pollsters. Your question is certainly up for debate.

2. With the voting system we have - there is no way to predict
what will happen on election day other than to expect the unexpected

4. He did a good job in 2004...
But Diebold screwed us all.

His site is essentially the averaging of different polls in each state. The Senate is pretty much 49-48 GOP with three toss-ups (2GOP seats and 1 Dem seat).

5. There is only one poll that matters
The election in November.

All others are potential distractions. I say ignore them.

6. okay....all along the projections have been that the public
wants democrats to win....however, most of those same polls have also been showing that people were ready to throw YOUR rep overboard, they certainly weren't ready to throw their own rep out. I think we will pick up seats...but I'd be surprised if we actually gain control. We're making progress...but the democrats have been lousy at staying on message. No one I know...knows WHAT their message is... actually I don't beyond a vague democratic theme. So, are we really surprised?
