Damn i miss Bill Clinton
I just watched his interview with Keith Oberman and I'm sitting there thinking to myself the deference between him and this dip shit we have in the whitehouse and there is no comparison Clinton is articulate and smart. and everything he says is the truth

maybe just remembering the 'good ol' days' back when he was President.

3. Amen!
He's not always right, no one is -- but his whole attitude of finding common ground and working with opponents towards common goals is so very badly needed, especially today. He's a giant among men.

19. Sad but true.
But it's very, very hard... especially when your opponents are resisting common ground and are intent on vilifying you. All the more reason to admire and respect Clinton.

I saw and watched the interview with Keith and all I could think was, "You're a much better human being than I've ever been able to be, Sir."

All the good intentions in the world can't effect positive change. What Mr. Clinton is able to do with that unique and difficult talent of his DOES change people and the world for the better. For that, I revere him.

20. I completely agree
"All the good intentions in the world can't effect positive change. What Mr. Clinton is able to do with that unique and difficult talent of his DOES change people and the world for the better. For that, I revere him."

So well stated. Bravo/a.

I only wish some could put aside their cynicism and partisan agenda and really see the wonderful, beautiful work he is doing, work that punches through the fear and hatred assaulting our senses on a daily basis, good news like this http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=132&topic_id=2842539&mesg_id=2842539 that is ignored in favor of cult of personality here at DU.

4. I miss him, too, bigdarryl
KO's interview was great. It's so wonderful seeing a president who can speak our language -- both literally and figuratively.
