Another fun fact about Kerry - union members should read this... |
|
I just recently found out that it was not his wife, but John Forbes Kerry holds significant shares of Wal-Mart stock (approximately 1-5M worth).. You guys know how anti-union Wal-Mart are, and Kerry owns (a small) part of it.
If Kerry is trying to pander the union votes, he won't get any. This should be a true sticking point for anti-Walmart Kerry supporters.
Since I am in a meeting and on my wireless, I can't copy and paste the link, but I'm sure a few will be glad to dig it up and post the right link....

5. Thanks, but I'm really concerned about the poster malingering... |
|
and dicking around while he's at work. I certainly don't want a fellow Dem to get in trouble. Not at all

He should complain to his union about being forced to attend meetings so late!

2. Something else union members should know regarding Kerry: |
|
Edited on Fri Feb-06-04 11:49 PM by Octafish
Sen. John Kerry said as President he would do all he can to make certain American workers -- specifically those in Detroit and in the American auto industry -- are the ones building the next-generation automobiles. That means Kerry would invest the powers of government -- from support for education and scientific research to fiscal policy and support for organized labor.
How do I know this? I heard him tell the Detroit economic club. It's also based on Kerry's 38-year record as a real Democrat.
EDIT: 38-year record.

8. The thing Kerry can do for Labor |
|
is put pro-labor justices on the bench. But it is hypocritical to own Wal-Mart stock and court the labor vote.
