Can Foley be prosecuted for abuse of a minor? |
|
It can't be legal for an adult to have phone sex with a minor, can it? The boy was only 16 and the laws of Florida says he is a minor, since he's under the legal age of consent.
Can Hastert, et al, be prosecuted for knowing what was going on between Foley and a minor and not reporting it to authorities?

2. True Irony - I wonder what John Walsh thinks about working |
|
with a predator? It seems he and Foley worked closely to "protect the children".
I truly believe Hastert et al ought to be prosecuted if they didn't turn over the info they had to authorities.

4. The crime is generally called "importuning" |
|
When an adult solicits sex from a minor whether in person, by phone, or over the internet.
In Ohio, it is a felony.

5. When I ran a family day care I was a "MANDATED reporter"-by law I had to |
|
report any suspected sexual or physical abuse that I thought might be happening to any of the kids in my care. Fortunately I never had to report anything.
I wonder if the same applies to our reps and their aids???
